Basically, Yoga is an old disciplined exercise from India. This is said to be exercise for both spiritual and physical. We can say that Yoga is a unique technique of exercise and meditation by breathing. And it is imaged, it not only makes us physically fir but also bring happiness.

Yoga is introduced by the Pat-Anjali, he was an Indian who also wrote many books. He declared yoga as the modification of the mind. A person who is doing yoga is like he is in another world. Yoga is also beneficial in the case of weight loss.

1. Simhasana

     This Pose is also known as Lion pose. This position is for boosting muscles and stretching back, helps to release stress. This is basic and easy pose which anyone can do this, irrespective of their age. In this pose, you have to sit like a lion and stick out your tongue out. It will stretch your throat muscles. Do this exercise regularly you will see double chin in no time.

2. Jalandhara Bandha

      This pose is best for those persons who are suffering from thyroid disease. In this position, we have to sit with folded legs with a straight back and bent neck. You have to lock your chin on the center of the chest (collar bones). At the same time you have to hold your breath it will make jawline perfect and clear. If you have a breathing issue, doing this exercise will not a good idea. And if you are suffering from high blood pressure and or any heart disease don’t do this.

3. Adho Mukha Svanasana

4. Chaturanga Dandasana

      In this pose, you have to lift up your whole body on palms and feet fingers. This not only brings your arms in shape but also tone your triceps and biceps. If you have hip or shoulder injury don’t do this.

5. Ardha Pincha Mayurasana

      In this pose, you have to lift your whole body weight on arms and feet. In this, your arms become the base to balancing whole upper body. Which make you feel that your body is floating. This will increase the strength of your arm and legs and bring them in shape. As this exercise is for everyone but stay conscious if you are having such injuries of neck or shoulders.

6. Urdhva Mukha Svanasana

      This asana is for stretching your arms and back to balance the body weight. In this pose, you have to lift your head on the arms without lifting your belly. This is the most efficient exercise for toning of your arms and biceps and triceps. Stay away from this exercise if you have an injury in your neck or shoulders.

7. Bharadvajasana

      This pose is different form all. This asana is have deep twists in it. To do this you need some practice but you can do it, if you are consistent. It develops the natural flexibility of the upper body. In this pose, you have to fold your one leg to the back and stretch other leg on the folded leg. Also, twist your upper body by holding opposite feet by hands.
